SHIPPING RATESInstruments / Cases / Books & Recordings / Accessories / Strings Effective January 1, 2021 Due to the significant increase in shipping cost we regret that we can no longer offer a flat rate for shipping instruments, cases and stands. In order to make it as fair as possible, we will charge the cost of shipping based on your shipping zone. Please note that these amounts do not include the cost of packaging, insurance, or the additional fees and surcharges imposed by UPS and USPS; we will still continue to absorb these costs. UPS rates are now based on the dimensional weight of the box instead of the actual weight. This results in a significant increase in shipping costs for instruments. In a few cases, USPS will offer a less expensive shipping option, but bear in mind that UPS Ground delivery normally takes from 2 to 4 days whereas USPS can take up to 10 business days for Standard Parcel rate shipments. If you wish us to ship by USPS, please contact us for a price quote. For Alaska, Hawaii and all other destinations outside the continental United States, please call or email for rates. We prefer to ship instruments via UPS and will do so unless you specify otherwise

The following items ship via USPS unless ordered with an instrument. Certain items can only be shipped via Priority Mail and in many cases that is the cheaper option. For an accurate shipping cost please either call or email.
