CONTACT USBlue Lion is now closed on Friday and Sunday; you're always welcome to email or leave a message on the answer machine and we'll respond as soon as possible, usually the following day. The best way to reach us is via email; we no longer have a phone in the shop and often don't get to check for voicemails until the end of the day. Please note that we will return your call if you leave a voice mail and request we do so; however, if your voice mail box is full, or we get the message that your voice mailbox has not been set up (this has been happening all too often) there's not much we can do. If you don't hear from us within a couple of days please check your voice mail box to make sure it is accepting calls, or send us an email. Likewise, if you don't get an email response, check your spam folder. We don't ever ignore your calls or emails--they're important to us and we do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible. If you contact us and do not receive a reply within 48 hours either we did not get your message or Janita is on the road. We're usually in the shop from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Pacific time; we are closed Friday and Sunday.
