How to String Your Dulcimer Diagram / Instrument Care Sheet

Postage rates continue to rise and because of continuing issues with inconsistent delivery of First Class mail we will continue to ship online orders using USPS Priority Mail. In order to offset this cost for our customers, you are invited to select a CD from our available recordings at no extra cost. Send us an email when you place your order and tell us which CD you want. If you don't have a preference we'll be happy to choose one for you.

Minimum shipping charge is $11.00 due to the latest USPS rate increase. String sets kept in their original packaging will stay fresh if kept away from excessive moisture so buying several sets at a time is a good way to help offset the high cost of postage.

We are happy to be able to offer you the convenience of online ordering through PayPal. Please note that you do NOT need a PayPal account to place an order; you can use your VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit card.

We do our best to have all items in stock and ready to ship when your order arrives. If we cannot ship your order within five days we will notify you as soon as possible.

Minimum shipping charge is $11.00; accessory orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Because of the way PayPal is set up, it is difficult to compute accurate shipping charges. If the submitted shipping charge is in excess of what it should be you will be refunded the difference. All accessory orders ship USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Charges: all accessories ordered and shipped with an instrument will ship at no extra charge except in the rare instance where an accessory order is too large to fit into the same box as the instrument. In that case, additional shipping charges will apply as noted above.
